We just have upgraded all the programs in my PC; for ANSYS to ver 16.2 and for Solidworks to ver 15. However I failed to import from Solidworks to ANSYS. It looks incompatible.

I have heard about this issue before. Ansys and SW run on different upgrade schedules.
Try to save the SW file as iges and import it to Ansys. I know this is not enough if you want to do a parameterized study on the geometry.
Also, you might again configured the SW plug-in.
1. Run CAD configuration manager as administrator.

3. Go to SolidWorks : tools, add-ins, and enable Ansys.
